Every year the Gulf Tiger becomes a paradise on the night of 31^st Dec with lavish parties, gala dinners, dinner cruises, and the essence of Christmas and New Year, new beginnings. However, if you want to try something different this time, you must participate in this super luxurious yacht party.

The activity takes place in the Dubai Creek region, which means it is an unmissable opportunity to admire the undeniable vintage charm of Old Dubai. Upon boarding the yacht, you will receive mouthwatering refreshments to cherish while enjoying the party music. In addition, the panoramic vistas of the famous spot Burj Al Arab. Finally, as midnight falls, watch amazing fireworks over the Burj Al Arab. Hence, this is the final call to all the party animals to take!

• Please note that carrying an identity proof is mandatory. Therefore, guests must carry their Emirates ID or passport.
• We don’t provide shared transfers on New Year’s Eve since most routes remain non-operational. Therefore, you can opt for optional private transfers or reach the location on your own.
• Besides, our team will send you the exact location and other necessary details one or two days before the activity.
• Furthermore, there are clean and sanitized washrooms on the yacht for men and women.s
• Enjoy complimentary soft drinks, water, ice & glass.
• It is a New Year special activity. Hence it is available only on the 31^st December night.

By Metro- You can reach to the Baniyas Square Metro Station 2 and from there you can reach to the destination.

By Private transfers- Alternatively, you can also opt for our optional private transfers.

• New Year party means guests can dress up in their favorite outfits. However, please don’t wear anything inappropriate like bikinis, swimsuits, or something like that.
• We provide private transfers to the guests at additional costs.
• Besides, pickup from the airport is unavailable.
• Kids can join the party when followed by their guardians.

• Kindly note- The activity location is Opposite to Dubai municipality office Baniyas road, Al Rigga- Deira.
• Pickup time – 8 PM to 8:30 PM (Provided at additional cost)
• Boarding time – 9 PM to 9:45 PM, for direct reporting, boarding starts from 9 PM to 9:30 PM.
• Departure time – Exactly at 10:30 PM.
• Return to the dock – By 1:30 to 2 AM (1^st Jan 2026).
• Drop-off time – 02:00 AM to 03:00 AM (traffic & location dependent)
• The duration of the yacht party is about 3 hours.

• Any cancellations made after the bookings will be 100% chargeable.
• We reserve the right to cancel your tickets after the payment if the selected product is unavailable, and a refund will be processed.

Child Policy

• Kids between 3 and 10 years old must book child tickets.
• Others above 10 years old must book standard tickets.

Kindly note that the organization reserves the right to cancel the charter or event in case of the following circumstances:

1. Unfavorable weather or sea conditions

In cases of circumstances like bad weather or sea conditions that present a safety risk, the organizer or captain may delay, reschedule, or cancel the sailing.

2. Technical/operational issues

For everyone’s safety, the organizer may cancel the booking in case of mechanical failure, safety issues, or operational problems.

3. Requirements not met, only if applicable

The New Year Yacht event requires a minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event.

4. Force Majeure Events (Natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies)

These events are not in the organizer’s control. Thus, it may lead to cancellation without liability.

5. No additional compensation

The organizer will only refund the paid amount. Any additional expenses like travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings by the guests are not the responsibility of the organizer.

All the guests will be notified as soon as possible via email, SMS/phone, or the booking platform where the reservation is made.

6. Liability limitation

The Organizer’s responsibility is limited solely to returning the charter fee paid by the guests. They cannot be held liable for weather conditions or for any missed scheduled experiences, including fireworks, that may be affected by circumstances beyond their control.
