• The boat departs on schedule without waiting for anyone.
• Guests who fail to attend the tour on time will be marked as no-shows & can’t get any refund.
• If the weather turns rough, the coast guard might stop open-water access, and the cruise may shift locations.
• Parents must take care of their kids at all costs throughout the party.

• However, if you do, it won’t be refundable.
• In the event that a booking cannot be fulfilled after the payment, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the amount.
