• We ask the participants to bring their Emirates ID or passport when coming.
• Alcoholic beverages are available with additional charges.
• The upper deck and lower deck require separate bookings.
• We will send you the location details and the contact person details one or two days prior to the activity day.
• Always wear proper clothes that are ideal for attending parties. No beachwear or bikinis allowed.
• Late arrivals won’t be able to catch the cruise as it sharply departs at the scheduled time.
• Guests arriving late will be considered as no-shows.
• You can avail our optional private transfers for a relaxing pickup and drop-off.
• Pickup service may not be available in areas under road closure after 4 PM.
• Pickup times are approximate and may vary with traffic or area.
• Transfers are available from centrally located hotels or residences in Dubai.
• In rough sea conditions, the location of the cruise may change as per coast guard instructions.

By Metro- Board the redline metro and get down at the Jumeirah Lake Towers station. Take a walk towards the Dubai Harbor.

By Bus- Bus routes 8, 84, or F55A stop near Dubai Marina Harbor.

By Private Transfers- We also provide optional private transfers to anyone who wants to avoid the hassle of public transport.

• Pick-up from the Airport Or from any other Emirates is possible at an additional price, depending on the location.
• The timings of the pick-up may be modified by 30 to 60 minutes depending on how the traffic flow is and where the guests are located. The same applies to drops as well
• The pick-up for New Year 2026 will be done between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM on the 31^st of December.
• The boarding starts from 09:00 PM to 09:45 PM
• The drop-off will be between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM on the 1^st of January 2026.

• Guests are requested to arrive at least 1 hour before the cruise is set to depart
• For direct reporting, boarding time starts from 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• The cruise sets sail at 10:00 PM and concludes at 1:00 AM (approx)

• After the tour is booked, cancellations are not permitted, and a 100% cancellation fee applies.
• No refund will be processed in case of no-shows.
• We reserve the right to cancel your reservation after the payment, if the chosen service cannot proceed, and a refund will follow.
• If we cancel the booking for any reason, your refund will be processed and should reflect in your bank statement within 7–14 days.

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

• Kids less than 10 years old must book child tickets.
• Others above 10 must book standard tickets.

Kindly note that the organization reserves the right to cancel the charter or event in case of the following circumstances:

1. Unfavorable weather or sea conditions

In cases of circumstances like bad weather or sea conditions that present a safety risk, the organizer or captain may delay, reschedule, or cancel the sailing.

2. Technical/operational issues

For everyone’s safety, the organizer may cancel the booking in case of mechanical failure, safety issues, or operational problems.

3. Requirements not met, only if applicable

The New Year Cruise event requires a minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event.

4. Force Majeure Events (Natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies)

These events are not in the organizer’s control. Thus, it may lead to cancellation without liability.

5. No additional compensation

The organizer will only refund the paid amount. Any additional expenses like travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings by the guests are not the responsibility of the organizer.

All the guests will be notified as soon as possible via email, SMS/phone, or the booking platform where the reservation is made.

6. Liability limitation

The Organizer’s responsibility is limited solely to returning the charter fee paid by the guests. They cannot be held liable for weather conditions or for any missed scheduled experiences, including fireworks, that may be affected by circumstances beyond their control.
