Essential Information

All guests must bring their Emirates ID or passport when coming for the activity.
The dress code is smart party wear. Kindly stick to the mentioned dress code.
We will forward the exact location details and contact person information one or two days before the activity.
The dinner cruise is available only on 31^st December 2024 since it is a New Year activity.
Our pickup and drop-off are available from centrally located hotels and residences in the city.
Airport pickups are not available.
Kindly bring a light jacket in case the weather turns cold.
Children must join the activity with their legal guardians.

Timing and Transfer Details

Transfers are available from hotels and accommodations only. No airport pickup is available.
Traffic remains at its peak during New Year. Therefore, the pickup and drop-off timings can change (30 to 60 minutes) as per the traffic conditions in the city.
Pickup schedule for private transfers is between 7 pm and 7.30 pm and drop-off is done between 2.30 am and 3 am (1^st January 2025).
Shared transfers are not available on New Year’s Eve. Hence, you must directly report to the activity location by 8 pm.
The canal cruise departs at 9 pm and returns between 1 am and 1.30 am (1^st January 2025).
Al Jaddaf Waterfront is the boarding point.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for the cancellations attempted within 14 days of New Year.
