Booking & Cancellation Policy

Once the payment is successfully done, your ticket will be generated and mailed to you.
The guests canceling the trip 14 days before New Year’s Eve are eligible for a refund.
The guests canceling the trip after 14 days do not get a refund.
When a cancelation is made from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, the guests get a full refund which will reflect within 7 to 14 days.
