• Locations affected by road closures after 4 PM may lose pickup and drop-off service.
• The cruise leaves exactly on time so plan your arrival accordingly.
• Guests arriving after departure are considered no-shows.
• Emirates ID or passport is mandatory for identification.
• Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available for both dinner and snacks.
• Men and women get the advantage of separate washrooms on the yacht.
• When weather conditions are not suitable, the coast guard may limit open-water sailing, and the location can change.

• The whole tour duration is about 4.5 hours.
• Guests can directly report to the location between 7 pm and 7.30 pm.
• Wait for the boarding process to begin around 8 pm and end by 9 pm.
• The Mega Yacht leaves the dock around 9.30 pm.
• The activity ends by 2 am on 1^st January 2026.
• The yacht returns to the dock by 3 am.

• The ticket prices are dynamic. The prices rise when the demand for tickets rise and the availability shrinks.
• As December 31 keeps coming closer, there’s a surge of as high as 100% or even more in the ticket prices

Important: You can avoid paying very high prices and last minute rush by booking much before December 31. The tickets are sold out much before December 31 anyway.

Kindly note that the organization reserves the right to cancel the charter or event in case of the following circumstances:

1. Unfavorable weather or sea conditions

In cases of circumstances like bad weather or sea conditions that present a safety risk, the organizer or captain may delay, reschedule, or cancel the sailing.

2. Technical/operational issues

For everyone’s safety, the organizer may cancel the booking in case of mechanical failure, safety issues, or operational problems.

3. Requirements not met, only if applicable

The New Year Cruise event requires a minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event.

4. Force Majeure Events (Natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies)

These events are not in the organizer’s control. Thus, it may lead to cancellation without liability.

5. No additional compensation

The organizer will only refund the paid amount. Any additional expenses like travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings by the guests are not the responsibility of the organizer.

All the guests will be notified as soon as possible via email, SMS/phone, or the booking platform where the reservation is made.

6. Liability limitation

The Organizer’s responsibility is limited solely to returning the charter fee paid by the guests. They cannot be held liable for weather conditions or for any missed scheduled experiences, including fireworks, that may be affected by circumstances beyond their control.
