• The starting location of the activity is Al Seef, Bur Dubai. It is located next to the Kailash Parbat, Gate No. E.

• Once the tour is booked, it cannot be canceled, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• We reserve the right to cancel the tour and issue a full refund if the product becomes unavailable after booking.
• If we cancel the booking for any reason, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days and will reflect in your bank account.

Should a customer want to cancel a New Year booking but has a health-related condition, he or she should present valid medical documents to prove it. Only after verifying the submitted documents, on the medical grounds, requests of refunds will be reviewed and processed. The Company also has the right to refuse any kind of refund request that does not have appropriate evidence to back it up or one that does not correspond to the terms of this policy.

• Kids below 3 years of age are allowed free entry as they are considered infants.
• Children between 3 and 10 years of age are charged child rates as they are considered children.
• Others above 10 years of age are charged adult rates.

Please mark that the organization has the right to cancel the charter or event in case of the following circumstances:

1. Adverse weather or sea conditions

The organizer or the captain can postpone, rearrange or cancel the sailing in such circumstances as bad weather or sea conditions which pose a safety risk.

2. Technical/operational issues

To ensure the safety of all the participants, the organizer can cancel the booking due to the mechanical failure, safety and operational problems.

3. Unmet requirements, when necessary

New Year Cruise event has minimum number of participants. The organizer has the right to cancel the event in case the requirement is not achieved within the time frame.

4. Force Majeure Events (Natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies)

These are not events that are under the control of the organizer. Therefore, it can result in cancellation without liability.

5. No additional compensation

The organizer will just refund money paid. The organizer has no obligation towards any other cost such as traveling, accommodation, or third-party booking by the guests.

The detailed notice will be provided to all the guests as early as possible through email, SMS/phone or booking platform through which reservation is done.

6. Liability limitation

The Organizer has only the role of refunding the charter fee that the guests had paid. They cannot be blamed for weather or any missed billed activities such as fireworks shows which might be interfered by cases outside their control.
