• In case of weather advisories, the coast guard may alter the cruise route for safety.
• Exact boarding point and contact details will be shared 1–2 days before the event.
• Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• The cruise will depart strictly on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated or refunded.
• Alcoholic beverages (ages 21+) require a separate booking.
• No strict dress code, but modest attire is advised. Evenings are cooler, so a light jacket is recommended.
• Strollers are not allowed onboard.

By Metro- Take the metro to Burjuman Station, the nearest stop to Al Seef.

By Bus- Bus routes 29, C10, and 33 stop near the venue.

By Private Transfers- Private transfers are available on New Year’s Eve for added convenience.

• Once booked, the tour cannot be cancelled. A 100% cancellation fee applies.
• If the tour is unavailable post-booking, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your payment.
• If the cancellation is from our side, the refund will reflect in 7–14 days.

Health-Related Cancellation Policy

Guests canceling due to medical reasons must provide a valid medical certificate or supporting documents. Refunds will be reviewed only after verification. Requests without valid proof may be declined as per policy.

• Children below 3 years: Free
• Children 3–10 years: Child ticket required
• Guests above 10 years: Standard ticket applies

Kindly note that the organization reserves the right to cancel the charter or event in case of the following circumstances:

1. Unfavorable weather or sea conditions

In cases of circumstances like bad weather or sea conditions that present a safety risk, the organizer or captain may delay, reschedule, or cancel the sailing.

2. Technical/operational issues

For everyone’s safety, the organizer may cancel the booking in case of mechanical failure, safety issues, or operational problems.

3. Requirements not met, only if applicable

The New Year Cruise event requires a minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event.

4. Force Majeure Events (Natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies)

These events are not in the organizer’s control. Thus, it may lead to cancellation without liability.

5. No additional compensation

The organizer will only refund the paid amount. Any additional expenses like travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings by the guests are not the responsibility of the organizer.

All the guests will be notified as soon as possible via email, SMS/phone, or the booking platform where the reservation is made.

6. Liability limitation

The Organizer’s responsibility is limited solely to returning the charter fee paid by the guests. They cannot be held liable for weather conditions or for any missed scheduled experiences, including fireworks, that may be affected by circumstances beyond their control.
