• All guests must carry their Emirates ID or passport when coming for the activity.
• Please avail of public transport to reach the activity location in case you are not booking private transfers.
• Pickups and drop-offs are only available from centrally located hotels and residences in the city.
• Depending on traffic and location, private transfer timings may differ from the original.
• Pickup or drop-off service may be unavailable in locations affected by road closures after 4 PM.
• Upper and lower decks have separate ticket prices.
• Men and women separate washrooms are available onboard.
• During bad weather, the coast guard can limit open-water access, and the route may change.
• Kindly stick to appropriate outfits when coming to the party. Do not wear inappropriate clothing.
• Kids must be accompanied by their legal guardians.
• The boat leaves exactly at the scheduled time; no waiting.
• If you miss the tour or arrive after departure, you’ll be treated as a no-show with no refund.
• Multiple vouchers can be bought.

• The duration of the cruise is three hours approx.
• Private pickup is done between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm.
• Dubai Marina Harbor is the reporting location.
• Kindly report between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm.
• Please note that the boarding process will start at 9 pm.
• The cruise leaves the dock around 10 pm and returns by 1 am (1^st January 2026).
• Drop-off will be done between 2 am and 3 am (as per your location).

By Metro- Board a metro and get down at the Jumeirah Lake Towers Metro station. Exit and take a walk to reach Marina Harbor.

By Bus- Bus routes N55 or F55A will take you to the Marina Harbor.

By Private Transfers- Avail of our optional private transfers for an easy pickup and drop-off facility.

• Shared transfers are not included in the activity. However, you can avail of our private transfers.
• All New Year tickets are non-refundable.
• The party takes place at night. Always carry a light jacket to keep yourself warm.
• Our team will send you the location and contact person details one or two days before the activity.
• Kids must join the party with their guardians.
• Our dinner and snacks menu includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian items.
• Alcohol isn’t included but can be bought separately.

• A full refund for all cancellations made 14 days before New Year.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of New Year.
• In the event of service unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund.
• The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).

Kindly note that the organization reserves the right to cancel the charter or event in case of the following circumstances:

1. Unfavorable weather or sea conditions

In cases of circumstances like bad weather or sea conditions that present a safety risk, the organizer or captain may delay, reschedule, or cancel the sailing.

2. Technical/operational issues

For everyone’s safety, the organizer may cancel the booking in case of mechanical failure, safety issues, or operational problems.

3. Requirements not met, only if applicable

The New Year Cruise event requires a minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event.

4. Force Majeure Events (Natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies)

These events are not in the organizer’s control. Thus, it may lead to cancellation without liability.

5. No additional compensation

The organizer will only refund the paid amount. Any additional expenses like travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings by the guests are not the responsibility of the organizer.

All the guests will be notified as soon as possible via email, SMS/phone, or the booking platform where the reservation is made.

6. Liability limitation

The Organizer’s responsibility is limited solely to returning the charter fee paid by the guests. They cannot be held liable for weather conditions or for any missed scheduled experiences, including fireworks, that may be affected by circumstances beyond their control.
