• After the tour is booked, cancellations are not permitted, and a 100% cancellation fee applies.
• No refund will be processed in case of no-shows.

• If we cancel the booking for any reason, your refund will be processed and should reflect in your bank statement within 7–14 days.

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Child Policy

• Kids less than 10 years old must book child tickets.
• Others above 10 must book standard tickets.

New Year’s Eve 2025 Ticket Update

• Dynamic ticket pricing is followed. There’s a massive surge in prices when the demand surges and the ticket availability falls.
• As we approach December 31, the ticket prices surge by as much as 100% or even more.

Important: All the tickets are sold out much before December 31. You can avoid the last minute rush and high pricing by booking early.

Timing Details

• The location is Dubai Marina Harbour.
• We request our guests to report 30-60 minutes before the activity.
• The pickup timing will be around 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
• Boarding will be from 9 PM to 9:30 PM. (Near Sparkling Tower)
• The activity takes place from 10 PM to 1 AM (1st January 2026) approximately.
• The drop-off timing will be around 2 AM to 3 AM.

• Transfer facilities are available, However, one must pay extra charges to book.
• Timings for private transfers can change due to traffic or pickup location.
• Pickup and drop-off can’t be guaranteed in zones affected by road closures after 4 PM.

Kindly note that the organization reserves the right to cancel the charter or event in case of the following circumstances:

1. Unfavorable weather or sea conditions

In cases of circumstances like bad weather or sea conditions that present a safety risk, the organizer or captain may delay, reschedule, or cancel the sailing.

2. Technical/operational issues

For everyone’s safety, the organizer may cancel the booking in case of mechanical failure, safety issues, or operational problems.

3. Requirements not met, only if applicable

The New Year Cruise event requires a minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event.

4. Force Majeure Events (Natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies)

These events are not in the organizer’s control. Thus, it may lead to cancellation without liability.

5. No additional compensation

The organizer will only refund the paid amount. Any additional expenses like travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings by the guests are not the responsibility of the organizer.

All the guests will be notified as soon as possible via email, SMS/phone, or the booking platform where the reservation is made.

6. Liability limitation

The Organizer’s responsibility is limited solely to returning the charter fee paid by the guests. They cannot be held liable for weather conditions or for any missed scheduled experiences, including fireworks, that may be affected by circumstances beyond their control.
